In case of symptoms suggestive of Covid, you can get personalized advice for yourself or your loved ones by filling out a questionnaire.

By answering a few questions about your health status, your possible symptoms of Covid-19, your place of residence, your recent contacts, the test result if you have done one, the composition of your home (presence of children or people at risk), your possible pathologies that can determine risk factors, your physical characteristics, your professional activity..., you will get in less than 3 minutes personalized advice on what to do according to your situation.

Your personal data

The data you declare (your state of health, your place of residence, your professional situation) are processed, for the time to provide the appropriate recommendation and on the basis of your consent. This personal data is stored on your browser. The Ministry of Solidarity and Health does not have access to these data. While browsing, you can delete them by clicking the link at the bottom of each page. Only your connection data to the service (time, date...) is kept to meet a legal obligation and for a period of 1 year.
