This allows users to securely store their PCR or antigen test results as QR-code. As of 29 April 2021, the application must also allow for the storage of vaccination certificates.
The objective of this digital health booklet is, in the long term, to secure travel in the European Union in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is part of the European work on the free movement health passport, known as the digital green certificate.
The National Commission for Informatics and Liberties (CNIL) has been asked to give its opinion on this system and has issued several recommendations to ensure the security and confidentiality of data (read more about Vie-publique.fr).
