Are you an employee of a very small company (TPE) or work for an individual employer? Between November 25 and December 9, 2024, you can vote to elect your union representatives. These elections concern nearly 5 million people, both employed and employed at home.

It enables employees who do not have a representative or an ESC (Social and Economic Committee) in their company to be represented, defended and advised by the trade unions of their choice.

Who can vote?
You can vote regardless of your nationality, and you are affected if:
- in december 2023, you were employed by a company of less than 11 employees or employed at home, on a DTA, on a fixed-term contract or under an apprenticeship contract (regardless of your situation in 2024);
- you are registered on the voters list (the list is based on the social data reported by VSEs and individual employers for the month of December 2023);
- you are 16 years of age at the opening of the vote on november 25, 2024.
