Service-Public.fr offers you a sample letter to request a certificate of Civil partnerships

The attestation of Civil partnerships (Civil Pact of Solidarity) is a contract concluded between two adults, of different sex or of the same sex, to organize their life together.

To perform a application for certification of Civil partnerships if you are a foreign person born abroad, you must provide certain information in order to generate a template letter that you can then send to the Central Civil Registry Service (CCRS).

This formality will take you no more than 5 minutes:

• complete all the information to personalize your attestation request: first name(s), last name, gender, address, postal code, commune, telephone, email of the Civil partnership partners. Specify also the date of signature of the Civil partnership and the place of registration;
• download your request for PDF attestation;
• print and sign your request for certification.

You can also copy the text to edit it in another application. In this case:

• copy directly the request email (by pressing the Copy button), then paste it into your email;
• send it to: attestationpacs.scec@diplomatie.gouv.fr.
