Large Families Card - now you can get it more easily

To obtain the Large Families card, using the traditional procedure, you must in order:

• test your eligibility on the home page on the map website Families Numerous by clicking on “order”;
• create your personal account
• order the cards for the various members of your family, providing the necessary supporting documents (photocopy of an identity document for each parent, tax notice, copy of the family record book, etc.);
• pay the application fee of 19 € (the price is the same regardless of the number of cards requested).

Since 7 April 2025 you can place your order more easily by logging in, according to your situation, with your account of the Caf or the MSA (Mutualité sociale agricole).

You must complete the first steps of the procedure (test your eligibility and create your account on the map website Families Numerous). When declaring your family situation, you must check the "yes" box when asked: "Are you a recipient of the CFS or the AMM?". The data from your CAF or MSA account can then be retrieved when you click on the “login with FranceConnect” button (you must then enter your CAF or MSA login credentials).

Thus, you no longer need to provide proof of identity and family ; you should only send photos of your family members. Your case is being expedited and your dematerialized cards are being made available more quickly to your personal account on the site, in the “my cards” section. Physical cards for different members of your family are sent to you in the following days (adult children are considered in the eligibility study, but cannot benefit from the card).
