Is a student entitled to the RSA?

No, you can't collect the RSA if you're a student.

However, you can request the RSA: titleContent if you are in any of the following 2 cases:

  • You are young worker and you're 18 to 25 years old. You have been in employment for at least 2 years full-time (i.e. at least 3,214 hours of work) in the 3 years prior to the date of your application.
  • You are single parent, i.e. you live alone with one or more dependent children.
