Driving school: obligation of schools, recourse in case of dispute

A driving school must be approved by the prefecture in order to present students with a driver's license. The school must inform its students about its rates and have them sign a contract. In the event of a dispute, as the case may be, the prefecture or the services of the Ministry of Economy must be contacted.
