Can an official with three children still retire earlier?

No. The scheme that allowed a parent of at least 3 children to retire early is deleted.
However, if you before 2012 as conditions entitle you to early retirement, you can apply for early retirement at any time.
These conditions were as follows:
- Have completed at least 15 years of civilian or military service
- Parenting at least 3 children
- Have ceased or reduced their professional activity for a minimum period

If you have stopped working
For each child, you must have been on one of the following holidays for at least 2 consecutive months :
- Maternity or adoption leave
- Paternity leave
- Parental Leave
- Parental leave
- Availability to raise a child
The interruption of activity must have occurred before the child reaches the age at which it ceased to be dependent for family benefits.
If you have reduced your professional activity as part-time work
For each child, you must have worked part-time under one of the following conditions:
- For at least 4 consecutive months at 50%
- Or for at least 5 consecutive months at 60%
- Or for at least 7 consecutive months at 70%
The reduction in activity must have occurred before the child reaches the age at which it ceased to be dependent for family benefits.
