The structure of the swimming pool is completely buried in the ground. It's not removable.
The construction of a swimming pool may result in higher local taxes. You must declare it within 90 days of the completion of the work.
If your swimming pool has an area of more than 10 m², you are also subject to the development tax.
Warning
You need to equip your pool with safety features to prevent drowning.
The choice of city planning authorization depends on the surface area of the swimming pool:

General case
You don't have to ask for city planning authorization.
However, the MORE may impose specific rules that you must follow. Remember to consult the service of the city planning of your town hall.
In protected area
You have to make a prior declaration in town hall:
- By dematerialized according to the arrangements made by your municipality (inquire on the site of the town hall or on the spot)
- By letter RAR: titleContent
- In your own hand.
