What assisted contracts exist today?

An assisted contract allows the employer to benefit from aid to reduce the cost of hiring and/or training (e.g. State aid, exemption from employer contributions, training aid).

This type of contract is usually reserved for people who have difficulties in accessing the job (e.g. active solidarity income (SSA), young people, seniors, people with disabilities).

Please note

L'Adapted company, which employs at least 55% workers with disabilities, receives state aid.
