Request mediation from the Ombudsman of Economic and Financial Ministries (Online Service)

The Ombudsman of the Economic and Financial Ministries is competent to help you resolve your disputes, in particular with the tax administration or customs.

Warning  

before you contact the mediator, you must first have completed a 1re approach the department concerned and have not been satisfied.

Your application must include the following elements:

  • Description of your problem,
  • References of the service concerned
  • Your contact information
  • Copy of exchanges with the relevant administration, if any

The Ombudsman examines your case and makes a recommendation to the department concerned.
