Until then, to inform the administration you must complete this form P2 CM (interlayer P’ and PEIRL CM), or P2 PL (PEIRL PL-AC insert), CA2 (PEIRL PL-AC insert), Agricultural P2 (agricultural PEIRL interlayer).

File it or send it accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and the payment of any fees,

  • for a trader: at the competent chamber of commerce and industry within whose jurisdiction the head office of the company or its secondary establishment is situated
  • in the case of craftsmen, at the competent chamber of crafts and crafts within whose jurisdiction the head office of the company or its secondary establishment is situated
  • in the case of agricultural holdings, to the competent chamber of agriculture within whose jurisdiction the company's address or secondary establishment is situated
  • for commercial agents, at the registry of the commercial court or the commercial court (or the commercial chamber of the judicial court for Alsace-Moselle) within whose jurisdiction the company or its secondary establishment is located; for persons engaged in a regular occupation of self-employed liberal activity and artists, the formality (equivalent to the use of the Cerfa P2 PL or P2 PL-ME) must be carried out through the website www.cfe-urssaf.fr.

Warning  

In any case, if you have already filed your formality on the website of the company counter: www.guichet-entreprises.fr, you do not have to refile your formality on the basis of Cerfa forms.

Rental of commercial or professional nude premises

You are a natural person renting commercial or business premises who opts for VAT and whose rents fall within the category of property income.

You must complete a formality relating to one or more changes or the cessation of this activity.

The one-stop-shop for company formalities will soon enable you to complete your formality online. Until then, to inform the administration you must fill in the following form: P2 CM for one or more situation changes.

Deposit it with the companies tax office where you do business.
