Get a grant application if you are in one of the following situations:

• owner occupying a house,
• co-owner occupying a shared building,
• occupant of a dwelling of which you have the usufruct,
• occupant of a dwelling in indivision of which you are one of the indivisaries,
• occupant of a dwelling of which you are the holder of the right of use and dwelling,
• occupant of a dwelling belonging to a business of which you are a partner,
• person who is responsible for the work in a dwelling owned by an ascendant or descendant,
• occupant in a living accommodation,
• owner of a dwelling made available free of charge to a household with modest resources,
• occupant having a right in rem in immovable property.
