Allows a citizen French to register on a consular list of electors when special situation (removal, 18-year-old, right to vote recovered, acquisition of French nationality...) referred to in Article L.30 of the Electoral Code.

To register on a consular voters list and vote in the 2024 European elections from the foreigner, you must use this paper form and go to your embassy or consulate no later than:
- On May 29, 2024, if you vote in Caribbean America zone
- May 30, 2024, if you vote in the rest of the world
This form must be completed and supported by supporting documents.
