Visual Guarantee: test its eligibility (tenant or owner) (Search tool)

The Visale guarantee covers the unpaid rents and charges of the tenant's main residence, and dispenses the tenant from providing any other security to its owner. To be eligible, both tenant and landlord must meet certain conditions.
