You must complete a formality relating to one or more modifications or the cessation of activity of a foreign company individual business (French social security company or business) carrying on an activity without an establishment in France and not employing French social security personnel.
The one-stop-shop for company formalities will soon enable you to complete your formality online.
In the meantime, to inform the administration, you must complete Form EE2-EE4 and send it to the Directorate General of Public Finance, by email at the following address: guichet-formalites@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr.
If a foreign company employs staff covered by the French social security system without an establishment in France, the formality of modification or cessation of activity must be carried out on the website: https://www.foreign-companies.urssaf.eu
