Online Pre-Hiring Declaration for Agricultural Employees (DPAE-MSA)
The DPAE must be sent to the MSA at the earliest 8 days before the employee is hired (and before the employee is actually put to work), unless devices are used to simplify the hiring formalities for small companies.
The DPAE allows the following formalities to be carried out in a single procedure: application for registration of the employer with social security in the event of the first employment of an employee, creation or acquisition of a company employing employees, application for membership of the unemployment insurance scheme, application for membership of an occupational medical service, and application for a medical examination for recruitment.
Replaces the Single Declaration of Employment (SUE), thus the Cerfa No 10854 is no longer in force.
