The manager of the connecting tobacco outlet who does not distribute cigars may authorize the reseller establishment attached to him to obtain supplies from another tobacco outlet.
Document to be completed and signed in 1 original copy.
This copy shall be delivered by the manager of the tobacco transfer to the reseller who keeps it and forwards a copy to the local customs and indirect duties department to which he is attached.
