Autism Info Service is the first national, free and confidential listening, information and support system that helps and guides autistic people, those around them and professionals working alongside them.
You can contact the team of respondents who rely on a network of experts by email, by telephone at 0800 71 40 40 (call and free service, a green light on the site page indicates that the services are open), by cat :
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 1 pm;
- Tuesday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm.
The mission of the platform is to provide a single point of contact with up-to-date information on autism spectrum disorder (ASD), to relay recommendations on the subject to the High Health Authority (HAS), to support the persons concerned and their entourage and to refer them to the services most adapted to their needs.
The site also offers information guides in its “news” section on a device, an event, a news topic, business developments, etc.
This tool is part of the national autism strategy 2018-2022.
FYI
Autism spectrum disorder affects 700 000 people in France, including 100 000 children.
