Voting by foreigner voters: changes to the organization of the maintenance of consular voters' lists

List of embassies and consular posts to maintain, in addition to their own consular voters' lists, those of other consular districts have been completed:

• the Consulate General of France in Dubai is responsible for maintaining the Abu Dhabi Consular Electoral List;
• the French Embassy in Kazakhstan (Nour-Sultan) is responsible for keeping the Consular Electoral List of Almaty.
