The Ministry of Territorial Cohesion and Relations with Local Authorities announced the launch of Territorial Administration Volunteering (VTA) on April 14, 2021. A contract of assignment for young graduates, the scheme provides development and engineering support to rural areas.
While the health crisis is making it difficult to find a first job, the new system of Territorial Volunteering in Administration (VTA) allows rural communities to hire young graduates (at least Bac+2) in exchange for financial assistance of €15,000 per year.
The VTA, which is part of the government's rural agenda, complements the engineering services of the Agence Nationale de la Cohesion des Territoriales (ANCT) to meet the very important needs of communities.
During the first recruitment campaign, on 1er April to July 30, 2021, a platform dedicated to the ATV is open on the ANTC website to allow the publication of mission offers and the submission of applications. 200 ATV offers are expected in 2021 (read more about Vie-publique.fr).
