The connection to benefit from the device is made via the platform 1 young 1 solution.

After completing a form, you will be contacted by a mentoring association to connect you with a trained mentor.

You can meet your mentor remotely, at home, at your institution, at the association's premises or at the premises of your mentor's company, for 1 to 2 hours per month.

Coaching lasts at least 6 months, often year-round or for several years.

Once connected, your mentor will be able to accompany you:

• in case of difficulties at school;
• if you do not know which orientation to choose after the bin;
• and if you are looking for an internship, a co-op, or a first job.

You will be contacted regularly by the association to check that the accompaniment is going well. If you wish, you can join the association at any time.

Want to become a mentor?

You can become a mentor and accompany children, teenagers or young adults who need help for 1-2 hours a month by completing this form.

Mentoring is mainly done through two-pronged support:

• education, with support for schooling and guidance;
• employment, to facilitate integration into the labor market.

Before starting the mentoring, a specialized mentoring association will offer you a training, in order to clarify the role and posture of the mentor. It will also offer you a follow-up during the support, and you can also transmit your needs, your questions, your successes or any information useful for the support.
