What are the health rules expected at polling stations on June 20?

According to a circular of April 28, 2021 from the Ministry of Interior, the sanitary conditions to be respected are the following:

• a limit of 3 of the number of electors present at the same time in the polling station, and 6 electors if the regional polling station and the departmental polling station are located in the same room;
• the layout of polling stations so as to limit contacts as much as possible and to ensure a distance of at least 1,5 meters between voters;
• a priority queue outside the polling station for vulnerable people;
• a marking on the ground consisting of strips of adhesive tape or chalk:
  
  • between the polling station entrance and the voter identity check;
  • at the discharge table;
  • before the booth, and between the booth and the feeder table.
• the provision of a handwashing point or hydro-alcoholic gel at the entrance and exit of the polling station at two separate points;
• mandatory masks for voters. The mask can be removed only if necessary to verify their identity;
• the provision of adequate protective equipment to voters;
• regular ventilation of the premises throughout the day;
• cleaning polling stations (door handles, tables and chairs) and voting equipment (storage, ballot boxes, voting booths, pens...) before and after each ballot.
