High school and technology: the new programs

In the context of the evolution of the organization of the general and technological high school and the curricula of the new

2021 baccalaureate

, the Special Official Bulletin (BO) of National Education of 22 January 2019 specifies the teaching programs of the second general and technological class as well as certain programs of the first and final classes that will come into effect in the fall of 2019. You will find in detail:

The Common Learning Curricula

• of the second general and technological class: moral and civic education, physical and sports education (common and optional education), French, history and geography, modern languages (common and optional), mathematics, physics and chemistry, life and earth sciences, economic and social sciences, digital sciences and technology;
• the first class of the general road: scientific education;
• the first class of the general and technological pathways: moral and civic education, French, history-geography, modern languages (common and optional);
• general and technological pathways: physical and sports education (common and optional);
• first class in the technology pathway, science and technology series: health and social (ST2S), laboratory (STL), management and management (STMG), industry and sustainable development (STI2D), design and applied arts (STD2A), hospitality and catering (STHR);
• the second class leading to the technological bachelor's degree in science and technology in the hotel and restaurant industry (STHR);
• first and final grades leading to the technological bachelor's degree in hotel and catering science and technology (STHR).

The General Track Specialty Curricula

• of the first and final class of the general road: arts;
• of the first class of the general path: history-geography, geopolitics and political sciences, humanities, literature and philosophy, languages, literatures and foreign cultures, literature and languages and cultures of antiquity, mathematics, digital and computer sciences, physics-chemistry, engineering sciences, life and earth sciences, economic and social sciences.

Specialty Teaching Programs of the Technological Way

• from the first class leading to the bachelor of technology series science and technology: health and social (ST2S), laboratory (STL), management and management (STMG);
• first and final grades leading to the bachelor of technology series science and technology: from industry and sustainable development (STI2D), design and applied arts (STD2A).

The optional curricula
