Mandatory instruction

Lowering the compulsory age of education to 3 years, home schooling, knowledge checks... 5 decrees published in the Official Journal of 4 August 2019 specify the measures concerning compulsory education provided for by the law of 26 July 2019 for a school of trust.

Student Social Security

Since 1^er September 2019, students are all enrolled in the General Health Insurance Plan for the reimbursement of their health expenses.

Homeopathy

Since 1^er September 2019, homeopathic preparations are less reimbursed.

Withholding tax rate

The levy rate is automatically recalculated in September by the tax administration from the 2018 income tax return filed in 2019.

Conversion premium

This premium now applies to vehicles Crit'Air 2 purchased new and registered after 1^er September 2019, this premium only applies to modest households.

Gas tariffs

From 1^er September 2019, Engie's regulated natural gas sales rates are decreasing by 0.9% for individuals.
