Lifts

New multi-unit residential buildings of at least three stories whose building permits have been deposited from 1^er October 2019 will require an elevator.

Personal support for housing

The parameters of the scale of personal housing assistance are upgraded by 0.3%.

Retirement savings

Since 1^er October 2019, 3 new retirement savings products are marketed with a view to eventually replacing the current devices (Perp, Perco, Préfon...).

Gas tariffs

Engie's regulated gas sales rates drop by 2.4% on average at 1^er October 2019 compared to the September 2019 schedule.

Invoices

At 1^er october 2019, two new entries must appear on the invoices:

• the billing address where different from the delivery address;
• the purchase order number if it was issued beforehand by the buyer.

Property tax

If you are the owner or usufructuary of an apartment or house (even if the property is rented to a tenant), you will have to pay the property tax on built properties (TFPB). You have until October 15 or 20, 2019, depending on the payment method.

Election of representatives of parents of pupils

In schools, colleges and high schools, elections are held every year to elect representatives of parents of pupils. For the 2019-2020 school year, they take place on Friday, October 11, 2019 or Saturday, October 12, 2019.

Changing to winter time

The change to winter time will take place on Sunday 27 October 2019 at 3 a.m. We'll have to take 60 minutes off the standard time. It will then be 2 o'clock.
