To find out if intermediaries offering financial products or services are authorized to operate in France, you can consult the list:

• authorized investment service providers (Regafi);
• authorized intermediaries in the category of financial investment advisor (Orias).

If these intermediaries are not on any of these 2 lists, the AMF recommends not to respond to the solicitations.
