In the context of the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), employees and employers are asking questions about the health data they must provide or request. The National Commission for Informatics and Liberties (CNIL) provided an update on the issue.
The CNIL stresses that health data is protected data. In order to avoid possible abuses, it reminds private and public employers of what is prohibited and permitted concerning the use of the personal data of their employees, agents or visitors. (read more about Vie-publique.fr).
