An order issued in Official Journal 10 july 2020 recognizes the state of natural disaster in 46 departments following in particular land movements, floods and mudslides in 2018 and 2019 in several municipalities. It amends in part the order of April 29, 2020, published on June 12, 2020.
Victims have 10 days after publication in the Official Journal to make the declaration to their insurer to cover the settlement of the claim. The municipalities recognized as being in a state of natural disaster are located in one of the following departments:
