In response to the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 27 European Foreign Ministers meeting in Luxembourg adopted recommendations on 13 October 2020 for a common approach to possible restrictions on movements within the Union.
These (non-binding) recommendations concern all EU countries but also the United Kingdom (during the transition period), Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (read more about Vie-publique.fr).
