Who can vote?
Regardless of your profession, you can vote:
whether in December 2019, you were employed by a very small company (less than 11 employees) or employed at home, on a permanent contract or apprenticeship contract and regardless of your situation in 2021;
if you are 16 years of age at the opening of the vote, on March 22, 2021;
and regardless of your nationality.
You can check if you are registered to vote by searching on the voters list.

You don't have to be a member of a union to vote.
When to vote?
Trade union elections are held from March 22 to April 6, 2021.
Union elections are not held at your workplace, but you can vote on your working time.
How to vote?
If you are registered to vote, you will receive your voting ID and PIN by mail to vote either online, by logging into your voting space, or by mail, by sending your ballot in the prepaid envelope.
You can vote online
To vote, you must have your voting ID and PIN, and follow these steps:
click the button ‘Vote’, on the pages of the website as soon as it is opened;
enter your voting id (starting with the word
VOTE
) and your PIN;
access your candidates' programs one last time, if you have not yet decided;
once your choice is made, follow the instructions to validate your vote.

or vote by mail
To vote, bring mail with you that contains the necessary items for a mail-in vote.
The steps to follow are as follows:
detach the ballot paper;
use a black pen to blacken the box corresponding to the trade union of your choice;
Insert your newsletter into the pre-paid return envelope attached to the mail.
then you can post it (the postmark being authentic), the sending is not paying.
Warning
your newsletter must be mailed on april 6, 2021, and must reach the tallying center no later than april 12, 2021 to be considered. In the event that you vote by Internet and mail, only your vote by Internet will be taken.
Why vote?
The missions of elected representatives are to:
represent you, at interprofessional level and within each professional branch, to negotiate salaries, your working time, bonuses, your working conditions;
defend you, by labor counselors, in case of conflict with your employer (unfair dismissal, breach of contract, leave, bonuses, harassment...);
advise you, by representatives appointed in the regional inter-branch joint commissions, who inform you and advise you on your rights at work (working conditions, health at work, equality at work, part-time work).

The list of candidates is personalized according to the region of the employer, the collective agreement and the college, framework or non-framework, of the elector in December 2019.
