PEA and PEA-SMEs: regulated and capped fees

As of July 15, 2021:

• opening costs are limited to €10 ;
• the costs of keeping the accounts and of keeping the accounts or, if the plan takes the form of a capitalization contract, of managing the contract, shall not exceed 0.4% the value of the securities held or the surrender value of the contract (with fixed charges per line of securities held limited to €5 or to €25 for unlisted securities (not admitted to trading on a trading venue);
• transaction costs, i.e., purchase or sale, are 0.5% the amount of the transaction if conducted online and 1.2% it is carried out by another means (telephone or mail). Transaction fees for ETFs eligible for the EAP and SME-EAP that are traded on trading venues shall be aligned with the cap set for live securities. Finally, transaction fees for unlisted securities are subject to a specific ceiling set at 1.2% the amount of the transaction.
• the costs of transferring the AAP to another establishment are €15 for quoted and €50 for securities which are not admitted to trading on a trading venue. The total fee is capped at €150 by transfer of PEA.
