From 1er In August 2021, the regulated electricity sales tariffs of EDF and local Companies of distribution (ELD) increase on average by 0.5%. That is indeed what the website of the National Energy Ombudsman states.
This increase applied by EDF concerns about 23 million households. It is based on a decision of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition and the Ministry of Economy and Finance published in Official Journal of 31 July 2021.
It follows the increase in 1.6% regulated electricity tariffs for individuals on 1er February 2021.
