Manage my real estate

allows you to display 6 properties per page indicating for each their nature (garage, box, cellar, commercial premises, house...), their area and their address. The button

Consult

allows you to obtain more information (tax number of the premises, lot of co-ownership, rights on the property...).

It is also possible to download the list of its goods in spreadsheet format.

This service will undergo changes:

• fall 2022: it will be possible to file property returns online and liquidate city planning taxes;
• early january 2023: it will be possible to declare whether the dwelling is a primary or secondary residence. If leased, it will allow the declaration of the occupant of the dwelling premises or the collection from the owners, as part of the revision of the rental values, the rents of the dwelling premises leased.
