Trustees: a mandatory information sheet on prices and services

The information to be included in the trustee's statement shall be:

• the main details on the identification of the trustee's contract (e.g. the trustee's registration number, the holder of the professional card, etc.);
• details of the condominium concerned (registration number, number of lots in the condominium, etc.);
• the duration of the contract;
• the proportion of working hours and hours of availability;
• the content of the package (compulsory services relating to meetings, optional services such as additional meetings and meetings with the trade union council);
• the special services not included in the package, specifying whether they are remunerated for the time spent or the total flat-rate fee proposed: services relating to additional meetings and visits, work and technical studies, litigation and litigation (excluding recovery costs), and administrative and material management services relating to claims;
• charging for the main services applicable only to the co-owner concerned (recovery costs, costs and fees relating to transfers of the dated statement or opposition, costs relating to holding a meeting at the request of one or more co-owners for questions concerning their rights and obligations).

The fact sheet should follow this model closely. All the information given must be given on the fiche, which must also not contain any other elements.
