From 2020, as part of the COVID-19 health crisis, telework became mandatory for many workers during lockdowns. It is now a fully-fledged way of organizing work.
According to the National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions (Anact), between 1er january and november 4, 2020, more than 6,000 texts on telework were submitted on the statistical basis of collective company agreements, including 1,000 specific texts on this subject.
