Action Logement: what is it?

The Housing Action Group was created in 2017 to be the unique collector of the CEEP (Participation of employers in the construction effort) and thus finance the housing of low-income workers. Action Logement also finances the construction of social housing, participates in the financing of public policies and provides aids and services to individuals. This aid covers the rental, purchase and financing of works projects.

What are the changes?

The new version of the site offers a smooth journey for the user, via the five user profiles:

• Employees;
• Company;
• Lessors;
• Partners;
• Communities.

Each of these categories responds to specific needs, offers users to learn about products and services as well as the duties of companies.

The biggest changes on the site Housing Action are in the Employees category. This space offers new functionalities related to different moments of life: finding a home, buying a property, financing works or even facing a housing difficulty. These moments of life allow you to have access to housing offers, assistance and loans that can be applied to your project.
