At the time of the roadworthiness test, the anti-pollution test on diesel vehicles (further verification of the value of the opacity of the gas oil fumes emitted) will enter into force on 1er July 2019. That's what an order in council says Official Journal of 21 December 2018.
For private cars, the 1er roadworthiness tests must be carried out within 6 months before 4e anniversary of the 1era putting into service of the vehicle. To date, it covers 133 checkpoints.
It is made at the expense of the owner of the vehicle in question.
Reminder
As of May 2018, the rules had already evolved concerning in particular the number of checkpoints to be checked or the introduction of a 3e failure level means the critical level (e.g. defective stop lamps).
