Buy online in another EU country: same conditions for all

You can no longer be blocked or restricted from accessing a website of a professional settled in another EU country for reasons relating to your postal or IP address. By connecting to the internet from France, you must now be able to browse and buy on a European website. However, you may be asked if you wish to continue on the web page in its version of the country of origin. If you confirm, you will have the same conditions (same prices and delivery conditions) as customers domiciled in this country. On the other hand, sites may continue to offer different interfaces per country with different prices. But you cannot be automatically redirected to a national version of the site without your consent.

The goods and services available in the EU without restriction are:

• new or second-hand goods sold online and delivered in a Member State (clothing, electronic appliances, furniture, etc.);
• digital services not protected by copyright (data storage, site hosting, internet directory, etc.);
• the services provided in the country of the professionals concerned (hotel accommodation, sports events, car rental, ticketing of leisure parks...).
