News on my child.fr, the website for parents

The site mychild.fr which was completely overhauled in 2019 supports parents in important events of family life. It does this by providing free access to existing online information and services in this area.

Here you will find:

• a geolocated search for a reception method or a support service for families;
• simulation tools to estimate the amount of the childcare benefit paid by the Cfa (Paje) if you go through a childminder or home help, but also to simulate the cost in the nursery and evaluate the rest of the dependent;
• a personalized service that allows parents who want support in their search for a way of reception to request an appointment with an early childhood information center.

This site is mainly structured around 4 themes:

• Becoming a parent (the steps to be taken during pregnancy and after the birth of the child, the choice of the future method of reception, its cost and the aids you can claim...);
• Raising a child (the development of a child aged 1 to 3 years, parental authority and the rights of the child, the return to school, the schooling of a disabled child, the choice of a holiday camp...);
• Accompany their teenager (the specific rights of teenagers, the functioning of middle school and high school, arrangements allowing young people to go on holiday alone, involvement in volunteering or volunteering, digital practices especially on social networks...);
• A change in the family situation (arrival of a child and housing, separation in couple and children, family mediation, assistance for single-parent families...).
