Condition of stability of stay in France: change from 1 January 2025

One decree set at 9 months (instead of 6 months) during the calendar year of payment the period of presence in France to receive family benefits.
This change will take place on 1er january 2025.

If you have one or more children, you can receive financial assistance. For example, if you have two or more children, you are automatically entitled to family allowances. Depending on your income, you may be eligible for assistance to cover expenses related to the birth or to keep (or have kept) your child.
