The maximum amount of the free choice of custody supplement (GMC) shall be increased by 30% for families with a child receiving the Education Allowance for Disabled Children (AEEH).
This increase shall apply to childcare provided from 1er November 2019. That is in fact what is provided for in an order in council issued in Official Journal of 31 october 2019 pursuant to article 69 of the law on financing social security for 2019.
Reminder
The CMG is a financial aid paid by the Caisse d'Allowances Familiales (Caf) or the Mutualité Sociale Agricole (MSA), which provides partial payment for the remuneration of the registered nursery assistant. The amount depends, among other things, on the number of dependent children, the age of the children or the family's resources.
