Launch of the digital labor code

The new site code.gouv.fr is aimed at employees and employers and offers personalized content depending on the situation.

It is organized around several entrances with:

• a search by keywords (paid leave, period of notice...);
• a toolbox with simulators (estimation of gross/net salary, calculation of the period of notice in case of resignation or dismissal, estimation of the amount of the compensation at the end of the fixed-term contract...), document templates (mandatory posting relating to sexual harassment, termination of trial period at the initiative of the employer, summons to a pre-termination interview for personal reasons, received for balance of any account...), access to collective agreements and to My training account;
• content organized by topic (employment and employment contract, pay and wages, working time, leave and rest, employment and vocational training, health, safety and working conditions, staff representation and collective bargaining, company departure, labor disputes and regulatory oversight).
