From 1er June 2020, the amount of the will not be billed beyond €380 to the owner selling his property in condominium (apartment, cellar, parking...). That is what is in an order in council in the House February 23, 2020, under the Alur Act.
When selling a condominium property, the owner must provide the notary with a summary of all charges related to the condominium lot. This details the charges due by the seller to the trustee, those payable by the purchaser and the advances already paid. This document is produced and invoiced by the trustee.
