and the harmonization commissions now take place at the end of the first and final year, and no longer at the end of each evaluation session. They still count for 30% the final grade of the baccalaureate. The Minister of National Education accepted proposals from the 2021 Baccalaureate Reform Monitoring Committee on June 30, 2020. The new name was chosen on the proposal of the students. It reflects the fact that these are common assignments carried out during class hours in the first and final years.
Their number remains the same: 3 sessions in total, including 2 in the first and 1 in the senior years, but the date of the tests is now fixed by the head of the school (after consultation of the pedagogical council and deliberation of the board of directors).
No joint assessment shall exceed 2 hours. Thus, the two common evaluations of living language at the senior level last 1 hour 30 minutes for the written test and 10 minutes for the oral test. Joint evaluation of specialty education
Foreign and regional languages, literatures and cultures
, which is not prosecuted as a senior, now consists of an oral session of 20 minutes.
After each evaluation, candidates are informed of their score which, if necessary, can be harmonized at the end of the year. The harmonization commissions no longer take place after each session of joint evaluations but at the end of the first and final year respectively.
Reminder
The new General and Technological Baccalaureate, which entered into force for the 2021 session, is based on 40% on continuous monitoring and for 60% on final events and a great oral. The Continuous Check Note is composed for 10% a school booklet note and for 30% the average of the scores of the three sets of common assessments.
