Rents 48: what increase from 1 July 2021?

The increase in rents occurs every year and concerns accommodation of categories:

• II A, II B, II C (construction of fairly good quality which generally has 4 main rooms maximum, 1 private toilet and 1 bathroom);
• III A and III B (construction with little comfort).

On the other hand, it is prohibited to increase the rents of dwellings classified in category IV (construction in poor condition or building without any equipment).
