Youth Guarantee: the support scheme will be extended

These flexibilities will address the criteria of non-taxation, resources and journey times:

• a young person wishing to benefit from this assistance will no longer need to be fiscally independent from his or her parents' home. The counselor of the local mission may, in exceptional cases, attest himself to his precarious and broken position vis-à-vis his family;
• resources for entry into the scheme will be assessed over the last 3 or 6 months, according to the most favorable assessment for each young person;
• the duration of the journey may be adjusted from 9 to 18 months (instead of 12 to 18 months);
• young people with disabilities will be able to benefit from it up to the age of 30.
