Service-Public.fr informs you of the returns to be filed with the tax authorities no later than 90 days after.
A new construction, a change in the consistency (demolition or expansion) or the destination of a built property must be declared. This declaration makes it possible to determine the cadastral rental value of the property which serves as the basis of taxation for the various local taxes.
