A slight increase in personalized housing assistance (LHAs) from 0.42% is expected at 1er October 2021. Their amount will be updated according to the Rent Benchmark (IRL) of 2e quarter 2021.
This index, published by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) on July 13, 2021, is 131.12, which represents an annual increase in the rent of 0.42%. The aid will therefore increase by 0.42% to 1er October 2021. This follows a freeze on their revaluation in 2018 and a de-indexation of the LPAs from the IRL in the 2019 and 2020 budget.
