The regulated rates apply to the main services performed by notaries: real estate sale, mortgage formation, donation, marriage contract, division, deed of notoriety of succession, declaration of succession...

The amount of these benefits is identical regardless of the notary chosen.

Depending on the type of benefit, the emoluments are fixed (civil partnerships, donation between spouses, notoriety after death...) or proportional (declaration of succession...).

The

notary's fee

which correspond to all the sums paid to the notary are divided between:

• emoluments;
• disbursements or disbursements (amounts paid by the notary on your behalf for the performance of a service);
• fees (sums received by the notary in return for a service whose amount is not regulated);
• duties and taxes (for the State and local authorities).
